Dell 240Hz Gaming Monitor 24.5

The 240hz really just pops out the fluidity of my gaming and makes it so much more enjoyable to play. I love the curve design on it, feels more immersing than a flat one. Also it's from Samsung, so you shouldn't expect anything less than a quality build.

[109 ppi] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm just blown away by this monitor after a couple days. The first say or two it took me a while to get used to the colors since I came from an IPS panel, but once I got used to it, I really started loving this monitor. Gaming such as racing games is super fun and really brings your sense of speed up to new levels. Productivity I've been using software to split the monitor into 3 equal parts which let's me open up email, a browser, and a server up at the same time for work which means I don't even have to use my second monitor to be productive! Gaming at 1440p at 240hz works well because then you can hit those frames with a decent graphics card. 4k personally I would feel as overkill and I'd rather have a high refresh 240hz screen than 4k. The packaging I was very happy to see padded and secured so I wouldn't have any worries with shipment. The stand is very study, almost too sturdy as raising and lowering the monitor requires 2 hands and you have to get up to do it. The curve of the monitor is good and the hdr in full screen is bright, way brighter than other monitors I've tried. Another benefit is the monitor turns on pretty quick which is good because I'm always walking away from my computer. Windows trys to force the monitor audio as default but just disable it in playback devices and you'll be good. Overall a great monitor I can fully recommend.

[Yes] This monitor really is something else. I'm upgrading from a pretty budget Dell gaming monitor, same 27 size, but every other spec is a huge upgrade. The colors are vibrant, it responds insanely fast, and the framerate and clarity of motion is completely unmatched on the market currently. Coming from a 1080p monitor, the pixel density has far surpassed my previous experience. Additionally, the monitor has a lot of tools to help you get a long life out of it as well that prevent burn-in. The monitor is fantastic for the form factor. I won’t say that it’s perfect. I’m still getting used to the glossy finish of the screen. It sometimes takes a few seconds to alt-tab out of a game. Still, the monitor is the best thing I’ve laid my eyes on and it’s been an absolute pleasure to use. I highly recommend it!

[Internal] This was used to replace my wife's 27 Dell gaming monitor which performed fantastic, but died with vertical lines starting and growing to be worse and worse. She is not a gamer, but the color is great with this IPS monitor, and it does not have glare issues like most monitors do these days. I swear that whoever builds this unit also builds the Dell she had before - they both seem very similar.

[External] I initially had a 24.5in 1080HD Asus monitor and the difference between my previous one and this one is very noticeable. The graphics quality is 10x better, and the 260hz makes everything look smoother. Colors are more vibrant and my gameplay is more lively. This monitor being a 27in is the sweet spot. Definitely a game changer. 100/10 recommend for people who want to get something better than 1080p.

[Tizen ] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to get this TV since I discovered it would be the first TV to support 240hz gaming. My review is a more unique use case, I wanted the TV for gaming specifically, it however does an amazing job with TV content as well, it was upscaling content incredibly well, and does an amazing job in high motion situations as well - Football, Cricket & Basketball. So for any sports enthusiasts, watching on low bitrate streams (which is most of us) this tv will upscale and sharpen the image and perform better than almost every tv in motion. The Gaming performance of this TV is incredible and the fact it can come close to competing with OLED in image quality and overall performance is testament to how far their pushing QLED technology now. You get true 240hz motion at 4K and the motion clarity is amazing for a TV of this size, I also noticed no stuttering or jerkiness in any of the games I was playing. VRR with Freesync Premium worked incredible well. PC is also the one environment where you can use the TV natively at 8K 24/7 and the sharpness and detail of image at this resolution was incredible. The TV supports 8K 60hz and it's an amazing experience for general web browsing and media consumption on your PC. I found the TV experience most enjoyable with filmmaker mode and the picture quality and brightness of this TV at times is incredible.

[Intel Arc A770] Powerful laptop, not too big or too small. 4080+13900k makes gaming a breeze. 240hz screen is great, power brick could be smaller but it is what it is.

[32 GB] This Gaming laptop has to be the best looking and amazing performance, for a reasonable price. With the 240hz display it’s clear and fast paced. Along with all the other specs. If you want it to be faster go for the i9 however, i7 runs everything perfectly for all of your needs. One thing I have noticed is this Laptop never gets overly hot and if you add a cooling pad it will never be over heated such a beautiful design with powerful performance and display 10/10 for me. One thing I did notice is when you have USBs plugged into it and turn it on, it will mess with the Acer sense I would suggest not having any USB plugged in until it’s fully powered on for everything to work well.
