Desk Accessories For Home Office

[3 kHz] I am using these speakers on my home office desk (from Uplift Desk) where I do legal work and compose music for symphony orchestra and big band. The speakers work very well in playing back the music using Garritan sounds and Finale. I can clearly hear the individual instruments and locate the occasional wrong note.

[Yes, 2x 10 W] In my home office, I have two monitors on my desk and i missed having the two screens when I traveled with my laptop. I originally purchased a less expensive ASUS portable monitor and although it produced a clear and sharp image, i decided I wanted something that would provide a much brighter image and next purchased the ProArt PA 148CTV. This monitor is absolutely perfect as a second screen and i am extremely happy with it. Note, I did not buy it for its creative properties, but just to use it as a high quality add on screen, which it does very well. OK, I know this sounds odd, but i also travel with a 3 ft wide folding desk. This monitor has a tripod socket and I mount it on a mini tripod, so it sits just above my laptop's screen. Perfect!!
