[0.31 lb] This is a camera-specific hollow adapter that acts like a dummy lens - RF mount on one end and threads on the other (the T-Mount). If you want to take photos through a spotting scope and don't want to use camera lens, get this adapter AND another adapter that mounts on the eyepiece of the spotting scope on one end (mechanical, compression fit connection) and has T-Mount threads on the other end. Then, put this adapter on your camera as you would any lens and screw the two adapters together at the respective T-Mounts. You end up with a single RF-to-eyepiece adapter that consists of two separate items screwed together at the T-Mount. Finally, don't forget to enable shutter release without a lens since this adapter is not recognized by the camera as a lens. 5 |
