Digital Video Recorder Analog Input

[3.2 oz / 90 g] I found out this converter very useful, it support not only Cross/Up/Down converter, but also Analog to Digital converter since they have a video composite input. However, there is no Composite output, which means there is no Digital to Analog converting. I saw the other review that someone think it's also support D to A, but not at all.

[0.08 lb] This is exactly what you need if your monitor only has a VGA input and your video output is digital, DVI-D.

Use the S-Video to HDMI Converter to connect an old analog video system to a new Digital TV. Without this device the entire system would have to be replaced. That was infeasible.

[Neutrik] We need to feed audio from our PR system to our video recorder to broadcast events. This 100' analog cable does that without any hum or other noise. The construction and quality of connectors is outstanding. Special order took a few days longer than expected, however.

A separate computer & capture software is needed for multiple conversions at the same time. Device is very stable, converted tapes of 4+ hrs. without a hitch & has Video Proc Amp settings, not on the fly, I just use sharpening at 88. I have purchased 4 versions of PD all see the device. [75 Ohm] I use this, coupled with an analog to digital converter, to record the output of my old consumer video cameras for my YouTube channel. Yes, it's overkill, but it makes recording video from old cameras fun and hassle free. Once I have the files recorded, I can easily transfer them right away into my computer for editing purposes. You will also need to purchase a BlackMagic analog to digital converter to go with this. The BMD Video Assist is the the Swiss Army Knife of video recorders! My only regret was not getting the 12G model.

[0.1 lb] The battery is for my son's digital video recorder. It was used extensively for only about 10 days and worked very well, no complains. What will happen later we don't know but hope for best.
