Digital Video Recorder Pci Card

[0.1 lb] The battery is for my son's digital video recorder. It was used extensively for only about 10 days and worked very well, no complains. What will happen later we don't know but hope for best.

[32 MB] I've got a Mac Pro (Late 2013) and using an external Thunderbolt 2 to PCI add on. I wanted to connect my Mac to 10GBe, but needed a supported card (from Mac OS X - Montery). This card works out of the box in that situation (the other version with just a SFP+ socket should work as well, I just went with this on since is was $50 cheaper at the time). You need the low profile bracket but it should come with one (mine was missing, but the manufacturer sent a replacement). It's working great!!

[0.9 lb] This PCI card was easy to install and easy to set up. Make sure you reboot before testing the card. Works very well. Download results are the same as my Mac Studio.

[0.66 lb] Moving from my on board RAID controller to a dedicated card was a game changer. Using my motherboard in RAID 0 had no problem with Sequential reads/writes, but the random reads were painfully slow. I moved to a PCI riser card (Gigabytes Aorus) so I could have more drives and a possible bonus of the bifurcated PCI lanes would be a bit quicker. Same performance. I finally bit the bullet and picked up this card. It has been FLAWLESS. The random read performance is within spitting distance of a single drive. Absolutely thrilled with this setup. fwiw: Asus x399-e Gaming Threadripper 1950x 970 Evo Plus 1TB drives Now I just need to get PCI4 capable stuff together so I can really put it through its paces

[9.6 x 6.6 x 2"] Can't believe this 10G PCI card bringing such amazing speed to my old Asus MB, all I need is to install the Asus driver and restart. Works like a charm, best investment for win10 in years.

[AMD X570] This is a great motherboard. Very easy to put together. One gotcha to be aware of is that the PCI slots have a locking mechanism and you need to release the lock while removing the PCI card or else you will damage the motherboard, the card and/or the lock. This lock is not documented but is a small level that you need to press on the inner side of the PCI slot. That is the only gotcha with this motherboard, otherwise the build for me was super smooth. Also it comes with a Wifi antenna which needs to be attached to the rear panel ?(very easy to do). If the antenna is not attached, wifi will not work. My strong recommendation is to buy this motherboard - you wont regret it. Good luck with your build.

[SFP] I had to buy this item because the Motherboard Ethernet connection gave out, The PCI card slots are already in USE, one for the sound and the other for the USB 2.0 4 + 1 card is how I wanted to connect to my home network, and the third PCI slot is used for additional SATA/IDE port to increase the Page file for the PC with Windows XP Pro. Windows balked that I had to reacivate it, as to pay for Windows 8, as that was NO DICE!! I had to reinstall Windows XP Pro myself in which case, I already had the DVD OF, bought and paid for. This adaptor is the second ome I bought, as this mad it possible to activate it on line very quickly after I got everything back to normal. Windows does not like too many hardware changes!!! The original Ethernet adaptor did not need the CD to install its drivers, but the NEW ONE did! It is a BOO! on this process, it culd be plug and play ONLY!!!

[AM5] It’s my 3rd tuf motherboard. I really like them for they look like and offered functionality. My main usage is lots of computation and not an overclocking. This one was a tough nut to get 96gb of ram working however at the end I was able to boot it and use it accordingly. WiFi is mediatec. Works great so far. Sound card quality is great. Really like it. PCI 5Gen is a bonus. Right now my 4070 Ti Super just enough for my needs but it’s only 4Gen. The bottom PCI x16 slot is positioned in a way that only 1 slot card can fit. Two GPUs are possible however keep in mind that it will be limited to 4 lanes only. Tried it with my 1660 super . But overall productivity may not be as good as it can be for dual x8 setup. Yet I’d buy it again and not the others similar to that mobo

[USB Bus Power] I replaced another card reader with this one. I'd been having trouble getting the reader to mount. The problem appears to be with the PCI card I'm plugging into. Both card readers work fine in any other configuration other than when I'm plugged into the PCI card I'm using. Wish that the sales person would have taken the time to understand my problem.
