[Yes] The cable is shielded and provides a 12G SDI connection from your camera to your monitor. Buy with confidence.

[Single Gang US] This was a perfect fit for my situation. My client only had on four wire shielded cable and there was no way to run a Cat6 or Digital coax to that space. I connected a MuxLab Digital Audio Balun and the problem was resolved. Works Great!

[4] Shielded Ethercon cable is necessary if you use this cable for microphones with phantom power. I bought other cable, cheaper and more available, with spotty results. The SoundTools cable is premium quality (and price), but built to last. I wouldn't want a piano to roll over it, but if it happens I'll probably still be in business.

[DC to 2.4 GHz] This cable was recommended as it's slim but still shielded. It's been very sturdy for connecting my FX6 to my Atomos Shinobi Monitor. No complaints so far.

[1.095 lb] I'm using these in an editing environment with an iMac. I love the sound of JBL! What I will say is make sure you purchase well shielded source cables. The 1/8 source cable that came with the Big Knob was too short for my installation. So I used one I had on hand, it accepted a lot of noise...I think because of the passive characteristics of the monitor controller. I immediately ordered and installed a well shielded cable and that solved my issue. Really do like these monitors. Worth the upgrade from my Mackie CR-3s.
