Drum Set Pearl Drums

[6' (1.8m)] Looked all over for the best place to get these, and of course I should have started at B&H. These are great little cables for drum mics which clip onto drums. Decreases clutter, very light and easy to use. They also sound great. Got here quickly from B&H.

[Black] Use these to connect the Line output from an electronic drum monitor (used with my Roland V-Drums) to a Yamaha analog mixer. Work great.

[Polar Pattern] This is my 2nd pair of these. The 1st pair I use for recording acoustic guitar as a stereo pair and it greatly improves sound quality over one mic. The second pair is used to mic live drums at gigs. We have a kick drum mic and these 2 as overheads to capture a 60's retro sound rather than individually micing (for that more modern sound). But they would also work great for just the cymbals with the other drums individually micd. In the configuration we use it is SO simple to get the sound right because its just 3 mics (including kick drum) rather than 7, which is another advantage. They have great sound, no feedback problems even when turned up loud. They are extremely light weight so no fear of large boom falling over. The case is convenient, shock mounts are made really well, and wind screen is a nice add. Overall I'm really pleased.

[Silver] i use and recommend this mics because theirs are very versatile. I can use in my set drums,acoustic guitar in a recording session .

[N/A] Excellent sounding amp for electronic drums. I have an Alesis Command set and the bass response from this amp is terrific. My only qualm is that you cannot use the headphone input to 'monitor' your playing, while mixed in with an iPhone, etc. - either the speaker is engaged OR the headphones, not both simultaneously. Therefore, I use a second monitor (which offers bluetooth) as the music source, then output that amp to the KAT - which inputs my headphones and drum module.

[18,000 Pages] It's original factory brand and affordable at B&H we had these drums for a year and just now getting the message of replacement. Drums are very easy to install and load with toners. The only thing we hate about these drums they must be replaced even if it is only once a year.

[Luster] I have always loved Ilford's Satin paper, but I have been delighted with the Pearl as well!
