[Black] They are comfortable and were only a slight pain to install, so overall I like these and would recommend them. Hopefully they will last longer than the Bose earpads did.

[0.11 lb] these are very comfortable and improve the sound of the headphones, and they last a lot longer than the stock earpads.

[Black] Have had these headphones for about 5 years and love their quality. The earpads were getting very worn out... so I bought these and they have made my headphones pretty much brand new.

[5 x 4.5 x 2.5"] These earpads are better than the Audio Technica earpads. I have a brand new set of the ATH-M50X headphones and an ATH-M50 set that I've had for years. The old set with the new pads is more comfortable and form-fitting than the new set. These earpads are better at blocking out noise and my wife. I'm not an audiophile knowledgeable in the ways of headphones, but the Audio Technica headphones are very nice wired headphones. Will I buy a set of new earpads to repace the new earpads on my new headphones? All signs point to yes. Not sure when, but it'll happen. So nice. YOU WILL HAVE BUYER'S REMORSE. Sorry, but true. These are 3 to 4 times as expensive as fake leather earpads. Don't worry. If you've made it to the point where you're reading reviews, you already know you're buying these. Product is labeled special order but I got it pretty quick. I cannot say what your experience will be. If you're eco-aware, you won't like the box these come in. A single-use box does not need a magnetic closure. If you're luxury oriented, you'll love the box just before you throw it away.

[Yes] I had a really old pair of headphones and their earpads were disintegrating. I was pleased to find these on your site. They are comfortable and fit on perfectly. Thanks!

[0.595 lb] I love these headphones. They are an integral component of my audio kit; like my 302 mixer they are used everyday. I have had my HN-7506 headphones for nearly 3 years & they haven't missed a beat. Of course the gel earpads will eventually leak (mine lasted for 2.5 years before leaking) but replacement earpads can also be found on B&H (something which the previous reviewer seems to be oblivious of). The external noise attenuation of these headphones is phenomenal, the result is you hear exactly what you're recording with no external sounds leaking in. This also protects your ears in noisy environments, indeed the baffling is enough to protect your ears from a 50mm Navy cannon at 30 feet (yes, I've tried). Acoustically they are also superb, with a very flat & clear response. In fact when not on a job I use mine for listen to music (an SACD through the HN-7506 is something to behold). I also use them when travelling for work on aircraft, they work better than previous noise-cancelling headphones I've used at blocking out engine drone. In all one of the best purchases I've ever made. One caveat however: mine arrived with a 1/8 detachable plug & a 1/4 plug hardwired to the cable. Certainly not practical for Sound Devices 302 use as the connector was 3 long. I needed to modify mine with a hardwired 1/8 plug.

[0.98 lb] I now live in South Carolina. The capital city of South Carolina. When I noticed the earpads for the high end headphones left behind by my ex-husband were disintegrating, leaving little black specs in my ears, I called around. One guy at a well known audio business here assured me I would never find what I was seeking for my audio-technica headphones. Dinosaurs. So when I discovered B&H online I felt vindicated. As a former New Yorker, I was heartened to read the history of B&H and can't wait to visit your store on my next sojourn up to the Big Apple {which is the name of a building here in Columbia, SC, originally built to be a synagogue, morphed into an African American dance hall in the 30's and now an event venue}. Enjoying the headphones again, thank you very much.

[Trapezoidal] I absolutely love these headphones, they're phenomenal. BUT, for comfort, for your next K series headphone PLEASE make the earpads a little bit thicker while using the same materials. This way people's ears wont touch the driver! That way it would be a perfect headphone!

[0.34 lb] I ordered these earpads after most of the material on the original earpads that came with my MDR-7506 headphones had worn out and flaked away. Even after about 2 years of near-daily use, the headphones themselves were still in perfect condition, so it seemed unnecessary to replace them outright. With standard shipping, I still received these very quickly. The process of removing the old earpads and replacing them with these new ones is extremely simple, but does take some dexterity. Replacing the first earpad was a solid 5-10 minutes of fumbling, but I got the hang of it and had the second one on in about 30 seconds. The leather-like material is thinner than I expected, but not nearly as thin as the original earpad material. I expect these to last much longer. The soft fabric material feels great against the sides of my face as the headphones hug my head. I couldn't be happier with these earpad replacements.

[25.26 lb] It's good to know that the earpads are replaceable. Other headphones I have owned leave black flakes around your ear after about 3 years. The Senal phones sound is very clear.
