[10] Another impressive lens from TT. It's not a shaaaaarp lens, it's a beautiful lens. If you enjoy 3D pop, life-like rendering, deep colors - this is the lens for you and it rivals expensive German glass in that magical look. If shaaaarpness is your only metric of lens performance and you require it to be surgical in 800% far corner zooms, you'll hate it. Stick to that lifeless ART glass. 5 |

[63.5 mm] Worked perfectly fine for this year's eclipse, without having to buy a glass filter the exact right size. During totality, it had to quickly come off the lens, and that was relatively simple. Will I save it for another eclipse? 5 |

[0.48 lb] Moderately priced, along with the filter also it came with a professional level solar eclipse viewing glass for free. Overall well built solar filter. I attached it on the top of Nikon 600mm F4 VR lens. Satisfied with the rep who helped me choose the right filter size. 5 |

[Yes] We love movies and don't go to brick and mortar theaters anymore for a number of reasons. We have been using home projection for over 6 years now and our first projector of choice was Epson PowerLite 1450 which we loved. Unfortunately. it had to be replaced. After studying what is now available we went with Home Cinema 3800. It is slightly larger and heavier, but we don't intend to move it around (We have a smaller more portable Epson Projector as well - EX 7230). The 3800 has 3,000 lumens of brightness while the 1450 had 4200. There wasn't an alternate that was in our acceptable price range. On the positive side, it has an outstanding picture quality and also can show 3D movies which we promptly purchased the required 3d glasses. We already own a 3d Blu-ray player . It has been fun watching the Hobbit, Avatar, and Top Gun Maverick in 3D. Very exciting. The 3800 is quieter which is important because it is positioned very close to us. For sound, we don't rely on its two speakers because we've always plugged it into our Soundbar system and receive great sound! So we are able to stream movies and TV ate our 100 inch screen. 5 |
