Eizo Test Monitor

[12.5 lb] I work standing, and this arm holds my Eizo CG2420 monitor exactly where I want it. It is well made and looks great.

[100 x 100 mm] Eizo monitor is the best monitor for the eyes. Eizo EV2740x also provides 94W for my laptop, so I don't need to use another power adapter.

[10 ms (GtG)] I am super happy with the purchase of my new Eizo ColorEdge CS2740 monitor. I spend upwards of six to ten hours a day doing research and writing. This monitor has made such a huge difference in my life! I also wish to say that all the guys at B&H were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to look up my Apple Laptop specs and were able to help me understand the color gamut and scaling. Right out of the box, I was very pleased with my purchase.

[26.42 lb] Mine was great for about 4.5 months, then it lost power. No lights, no power switch, etc. Eizo repair has it now. It is a good monitor, slightly superior to my old NEC PA271-Q monitor. The matte screen material is better than what the NEC had. The self calibration feature is a good feature to have. Hopefully the new power supply(assuming that's what went bad) doesn't fail again for at least 10 years. If you have the $$$, get this. If you are on more of a budget, I'd get the Eizo CS2731 w/calibrator. Last choice, BenQ, the poverty brand.

[6.3 x 5 x 0.6"] Eizo recommended this cable to hook up my MacBook Pro to my Eizo graphics monitor mini display port. Its just the right length, and it works perfectly.

[27.3 lb] Mine arrived with slight damage from shipping, so no fault of B&H or Tenba. Aside from that, its a well thought out case. Plenty of padding to stabilize and protect the monitor during transport, and you have extra blocks provided so that you can rearrange how youd like to position the monitor and any extras inside the case. Im glad the Eizo hood has a dedicated spot to be secured and transported in this case as well as its essential for my Eizo 27. Tenba Transport cases usually hold up to a lot of use and abuse and I expect to get years of service from this case as I have other Transport cases Ive had in the past. My only ask from Tenba would be a higher positioning of the upper handle on the side of the case opposite the wheels. Im only 511 but I feel like to roll the case well I have to slouch a bit due to the placement of that handle. If it was higher up on the case (closer to the lid) it would be a bit more comfortable.

It does not have the built-in calibration like my first Eizo, but the EX4 calibrator and the ColorNavigator 7 software do a great job so that my prints precisely match what is on my screen. Worth the money, for sure.

[178 x 178°] This is my second Eizo monitor and I debated going with the Apple 5k and even though the Apple is approximately 1500 less with the height adjusted stand, it was hard to say no to the Eizo.
