[Mono] Pretty standard drum kit mic set up for both studio & live. I tend to prefer an i5 for snare, but the 57 is OK there as well. I've always liked the thump of the beta 52a on kick - so this made a great way to get the kick and some additional 57's - even if they aren't always going to be used on the drum kit. The clamps are well made and work fine, but judging from other folks sets, are a bit of a pain to take apart enough to keep neatly organized between uses. Not sure there's an ideal solution for tom clamps - but these are quite good.

[Gray] Bought this kit which came with a small boom stand, 1 kick Shure Beta mike and 3 SM57's plus microphone holders, 1 reducer from 5/8 to 3/8, soft case, 4 cables and 3 shure drum clips in which you mount each of the SM57s to your drum rims (see photos). These are fully adjustable. In my case I had to purchase an additional SM57. I was able to easily mike 2 tom toms with 1 x SM57 which provided excellent clarity.

When I purchased my TD 25KV electronic drum kit, the folks at B&H added this throne free of charge. DW makes great products and this drum throne is no exception. Great overall quality with plenty of adjustment. Very comfortable if you play for long periods of time. The additional locking feature on the height adjustment keeps the seat at the perfect level all the time. Excellent drum throne!

[1.1 lb] So far I have only used these headphones for an electronic drum kit. I'm no sound engineer but I am pretty picky about sound. To my ears, the sound seems pretty flat, clear and natural. My favorite thing about them is the comfort. After hours of use I forget I have them on. As far as sound isolation they only minimally block ambient sounds. So if you're looking for major isolation they aren't for you. But they do seal well around my ears so with sound running through them it would take a lot to distract you. The cord is plenty long and the 1/8 to 1/4 adapter screws on which is nice. I don't have much to compare them to, but I am very happy with my purchase.

[0.685 lb] Leave it to Zoom to create a Double Header LOL. I have taught drums for 25+ years, my drum kit and my students drum kit (in my studio), bit have Audio Technica AT-2020's over each set, with the EXH-6 connected to my Zoom H5, I am able to connect the H5 to make recording's for my students in high quality and send them home. When on a music job, I am also able to connect the EXH-6 with dual Electro Voice Mic's through my H5, into my Zoom R24 mixing/recoding board and make some great recordings! It's easy to snap on/off of the Zoom H5 and H6, and works like a dream!

[Black] This is an excellent stand for a kick drum mic. Be sure to get the boom that goes along with it. It is a great combination.
