[Aluminum] Recently I had a PC die on me. I pulled the 3.5 Hard Drives and 2.5 SSD's and used the Xcellon USB 3.2 Gen 1 Hard Drive Dock to boot them on my iMac and transfer files. It booted the drives almost instantly and required no software drivers which is nice. Being able to hot-swap drives is a great addition as well. It is perfect for what I need it for. [Aluminum] Years of photography were stored on 6 different external hard drives. With this Xcellon hub... I can find any of my old photos just by pushing a button to select any of those drives without needing to disconnect . Should have bought this years ago. 5 |
