[f/1.2] This sharp lens does not make ticking sound while recording some videos, and the photographer does not need to mount an external microphone just to eliminate it . I think it is becausr of its manual focusing and smooth aperture frame. But, when its lens hood is attach, it is not well snug. 5 |

[4.33 lb] Use it for video and audio recording into my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Very easy to set up. I even hook up a small USB unit to power the light that comes with the package while recording. Now I'm able to use the light for long hours while shooting in low light. Audio recording quality is very nice. iPhone can be easily installed and uninstalled with the screw loosening and tightening with no chance to damage the phone. Holding this thing with both handles can help stabilize the recording. Don't forget you can record yourself too. 5 |

[Frequency] I don't know much about this stuff but I record video on my iphone using the Rode Wireless Go and Rode Lavalier Go and my microphone would blow out sometimes when I talked louder. The rep at BH said this could fix that and give me slightly better sound quality. It seems to be doing exactly that as my mic isn't blowing out as hard as before. 5 |
