[0.1 lb] It is what it is. It's a Thunderbolt Cable, which is a hardware interface that combines PCI Express and DisplayPort into one signal.

[Yes] I bought the i9-10920X as a replacement for my i7-7820X because I was in need of more PCI express lanes. Overall, it feels more responsive and the extra 4 cores are nice to have. However, if I was building a brand new machine, I would probably wait for Intel's next gen to come out.

[125 W] I was skeptical about the loss of PCI express lanes coming from X99, but I think consumer CPUs have finally caught up with multithreading performance of HEDT CPUs from the Broadwell-E generation.

[0.45 lb] We use the PCI Express to input our live stream encoding feed from the program out of our ATEM switcher. The SDI card is simple and to the point. Easy setup. Perfect integration into our Blackmagic system. Exactly what we needed.

[Desktop] I have an older MacbookPro 17 with a PCI express slot that I use an ESATA adaptor on, and this smaller portable HD enclosure is perfect. It's the only one that exists as far as I can tell.

[1500 G / 0.5 ms] Gen 3 so nothing blazing but for an external enclosure it’s plenty fast enough.

[0.4 lb] My second HD. It's supposed to be an internal one but can be used as an external. Preferably with an enclosure

[32 MB] I've got a Mac Pro (Late 2013) and using an external Thunderbolt 2 to PCI add on. I wanted to connect my Mac to 10GBe, but needed a supported card (from Mac OS X - Montery). This card works out of the box in that situation (the other version with just a SFP+ socket should work as well, I just went with this on since is was $50 cheaper at the time). You need the low profile bracket but it should come with one (mine was missing, but the manufacturer sent a replacement). It's working great!!

[ATX] this board has everything you can possibly ask for in an mITX motherboard. beefy VRM with large heatsink, dual M.2 slots, external BIOS reset button, BIOS flashback, good amount of fan headers, wifi, bluetooth, etc. check out the attached picture of my build. imagine trying to find the BIOS reset header in there if t a faulty OC causes you to be unable to boot? don't buy any board without AT LEAST an external BIOS reset switch. BIOS flashback is preferable. only possible downside is no PCI-E gen 5 support, but if you are using a riser cable/adapter to fit this into a case like the fractal ridge, it doesn't matter anyway because those risers can't do pci-e gen 5 anyway. and for at least 4 more years no GPU will be able to fully max out 16 lanes of gen 4. not even the next gen GPUs (nvidia 5000/amd 8000) don't let a certain 4 letter brand that starts with the letter A upsell you a $500 ITX board with gen 5 PCI-E that can't even use.
