[2 TB] I installed two SATA SSDs in mine and configured a RAID 1 array. It's no bigger than a couple of slim external DVD writers stacked together. It does weigh quite a bit more but beats juggling two external drives. It appears in Windows as a USB storage device and thus can be formatted and BitLockered. Overall, it's my main portable archive for important files. 5 |

[4 oz / 113 g] I use this for my silver WD Backup Plus Slim external hard drive. It works great or... protects well. Here's my argument for why to buy the horizontal vs. vertical.. Horizontal offers a longer band to hold in the hard drive. More surface area holding it down = better protection. 5 |
