Fd To Ef Mount Adapter

[0.25 lb] I was hesitant about the Konica AR to Canon EF adapter as I have tried their version for FD to EF (blue) adapter and found it to be very bad. I am actually very surprised. Firstly it has the exactly the same paint job as the lens so it doesnt look bad. The optical quality on my 28mm and 135mm lenses are perfect however on my 50mm f1.7 it is very soft wide open but if I click it once it greatly improves and if I use it at f2.8 it is razor sharp! For the price this is a great adapter and honestly it probably is the best AR to EF (or whatever mount) as there are very few AR adapters out there. Nope not even on eBay, don't even bother! This is worth the price.

[1/4"-20 Female] I've used Fotodiox products in the past to adapt FD and Pentax Takumar lenses to my t5i and Takumar to my Canon FD A-1. They made solid adapters so I gave them a shot when I purchased an A7rII body and got their fusion plus adapter. I decided it wouldn't hurt to try an adapter before selling my t5i and efs 18-55, ef 50mm 1.4, and ef 24-70mm 4.0. The adapter works well with all three lenses and I've had no issues with the focus yet. I can change the aperture value just fine and there this iris toggle on the adapter that I find too weird to use. The other switch on the adapter toggles the focus modes but I don't really understand how it works. The one issue I have with the adapter though is the lag when you turn the camera on. It takes about 2 seconds for the camera to power up when the adapter is on. But for shooting basic headshots and scale models for my insta it works for me. All I really cared for was that the autofocus worked and it did so I'm happy. Insert thumbs up here*

[Canon EF] This is a nice, affordable way of adapting Canon FD lenses to EF mount. Has a nice snug fit and works great.

[Pentax K] I'm very pleased with this, FOTODIOX Lens Mount Adapter. I am able to mount all my Canon and Tokina FD mounts without difficulty on to my D3200. They (Lens) function as manual lenses only as they are not coupled to the camera. I am able to mount the lenses without any problems, they go on and off smoothly. Focusing is easy as is setting an aperture. It was nice looking through that old glass again. I can only speak to the FD/Nikon adapter it functions perfectly. The price is reasonable for what you get, a chance to use some of your old stuff again! I would recommend this product for those that want to give new life to some old gear.

[0.045 lb] I purchased the Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS R so I would be able to use my older 100-400 EOS lens with my new Canon R5 Mark II. Once it was attached I didn't even notice it was there. There was zero play or movement between the adapter and the lens or camera body. The adapter worked flawlessly while taking thousands of pictures in the Galápagos Islands, without issue.

[Nikon 1] Absolutely blown away by the quality of this adapter. My Canon FD lens mount perfectly onto my BMCC6k Pro G2 and haven't had a single issue. Looks beautiful!

I am using this adapter to mount a Canon FD 1.4. It is a solid, sturdy, and well-made adapter. I just had to unlock the aperture on the lens so it can easily fit into the adapter. No issues so far after a week or so of usage.

[FUJIFILM G] I have been using this on my Fujifilm X-T10, further extending the use of my Canon FD prime lenses. I didn't see it mentioned in the specs or in the reviews, (I may just not have seen it) but the blue ring is an aperture lock. This gives you manual control of the lens's aperture ring. The adapter has been solid with very little travel when attached to the camera. I have removed the tripod mount from the adapter, and use the thread on the bottom of my camera instead. The thread on the on the adapter's mount is off center of the lens. This isn't really an issue. Be careful when attaching this to you camera as you don't want to damage the data pins on the inner rim of the camera. Overall, I haven't had any issues so far and would recommend this to anyone wanting to use their manual FD lenses with their Fuji X-mount cameras.

[0.405 lb] I picked up the FotodioX FD to Fujifilm X mount adapter to adapt my old Canon 50mm 1.8 FD lens to my Fujifilm X-T20. Its well built and works perfectly. Also, to my surprise the Canon 50mm f1.8 FD make some really nice images when adapted to a small format camera. Very nice indeed!
