Film Point And Shoot

[35mm] Its a nice film to throw into a point and shoot.

[Half Frame] Great point and shoot camera, uses half the film. Amazing entry point to half frame photography.

[0.6 lb] This is more of an special application film, rather than a point and shoot everyday film...for that you may use a FP5 or even a tmax, but I use these for lanscapes in Paragonia, where there is usually low contrast, and exposure times of a few seconds are't a problem. I love it, and with a good paper base like Gallerie, you'll always get fantastic results.

[Yes] This is a pretty cool camera. Priced right. Not for professional use, but given to a niece for a film point and shoot.

[f/8 or f/11] It’s obviously not going to have the perfect sharpness, clarity, or anything like that from an slr or expensive point and shoot. It’s great to just “holga around with”. I highly recommend for anybody who wants to see what it’s like to use film without dumping hundreds of dollars into it. Take the experience with a grain of salt though. The lens is plastic... so you’ll have a different experience with a different film camera.

[Half Frame] This was my first experience with a film camera, and this was a great way to start. I’ve been using it for about a month now, and it’s got an easy point and shoot style. Certain types of shots work better than others, but it really depends on the specific circumstances, the film, etc. You just have to experiment and have fun to find what works, which really is the entire point of getting a camera like this in my opinion.
