[0.265 lb] The vello off camera Flash cord is the perfect item to use that harsh flash when shooting for that old-school fashion look with a flash bracket. Having the flash off the hot shoe in a bracket also gives that vintage camera look when shooting with clients, overall super recommended for anyone looking to try shooting for that old school straight harsh flash style.

[Flash Rotating] I purchased this flash bracket to replace another pro-bracket ...one that lets the camera rotate to keep the flash head in a horizontal orientation ...thus eliminating those terrible side shadows when shooting vertical flash shots. The ProMediaGear Boomerang does the same thing in a different way that works well in that respect too. One of the main reasons I purchased this ProMediaGear bracket to replace my previous one is that it easily & quickly breaks down to store easily into a camera bag. I also was not completely happy with the anti-twist plate for the flash accessory that I purchased with my previous flash bracket. The ProMediaGear one is a far superior design & works much better, IMO. The one thing I was not totally happy with was the universal bracket plate that attaches to the bottom of your camera. I found that no matter how tight I attached it to the bottom of my camera ...it managed to work itself loose, sometimes very loose ...letting the camera twist on the bracket seriously out of alignment with the flash head. I added a couple sticky foam strips to the plate (for mounting pictures to a wall) before re-attaching it to the camera which worked reasonably well as a temporary fix ... until I get their custom plate PBCBGE16-PBCBGE11 for my Camera's Vertical Grip ...a must-have IMO.

[9781138084179] This flash bracket is exactly what I was looking for. The bracket itself is light weight, but strong enough to hold an on-camera flash with a diffuser. I was especially happy with the pegs on the camera bar that keeps the camera facing forward and on the top, there are two small pads that to the same for the flash. I like how thin the bracket's grip is because I like to put the grip on the right side of the camera. With a thin bracket grip, it is much easier to hold my hand between the camera grip and the bracket grip (padded area). I recommend this item.

[Yes] Bought the PMG Paparazzi bracket set from B&H, and the bracket without base plate (which isn’t offered at B&H, but you can get directly from PMG) to create a double-armed bracket for flash on both sides. It’s very high quality, and I’ve attached two flexible arms (with 1/4”-20 thread) directly to each arm, for a compact but versatile double flash bracket. It’s light but feels very strong, and the baseplate is great. Arcs-Swiss compatible, and works with a button-release, 360degree swivel strap holder (also from PMG) which I also find to be a fantastic solution for running and gunning. Easy to get camera to shooting position without having to think about the strap, and you can pop off with one button push to go straight to tripod. Very elegant how the different PMG parts work so seamlessly together. Main thing I love about the bracket, unlike most other options, is the L-shape design, which keeps the bracket away from your hands. I have large hands, and on my D750, if I use a bracket that goes straight across the base of the camera, the base plate affects my gripping of the camera - hits the outer edge of the palm. With the Paparazzi, all clear. That design also keeps everything close in to the camera, for a more compact footprint, even with two off-camera flash units. Overall a very well designed and executed product. Highly recommend.

[Black] I bought this to photograph my girlfriend's granddaughter's wedding. Probably the only time I will use it, so I has hesitant to buy a high dollar unit. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality packed into this inexpensive backet. The screws to mount the flash to the camera are captured to the bracket so nothing gets lost. There are adjustments on both the top and bottom to allow for different makes of flash and camera, and make sure they remain securely fastened. This bracket was exactly what I wanted at the right price point
