[120 VAC, 60 Hz] Just starting out in off camera flash photography. Wanted something to learn lighting with. Quality is very high for what you pay for. As stated...no cold shoe adaptor so order the Stroboframe 300-SHO. Had everything assembled in less then 10 min and taking test shots with Nikon's CLS. This will help you take your photography to the next level. Carrying case seems very large and really decent quality. 100% happy with purchase...way to go B&H!!!

[0.195 lb] I got 2 of these for a quick group photo and they worked great. I needed even lighting and lightweight portability and this is it. Only thing I didn't do was get the adapters, which I should have. There's not a lot of room for the flash unit depending on what kind of flash/softbox holder you have. I recommend buying theirs.

[1.15 lb] I used two of these on a wedding dance floor - the lighting in the hotel was awful and these were the ticket to be able to get decent photos - no flash was needed on my camera - just the two lights! Bonus that you can change the color temperature too!!

[Black] I had used the Ring flash without it and the lighting is hardish and not consistent in my opinion. Once I installed this accessory the results were so smooth and silky. I wish Profoto sold all together as one, rather than two separate items, but I guess that is how they make their profit. The bottom line is that this accessory is essential for the ring flash no questions!
