[USB-A ] This stand is built like a battleship, it's just perfect, adjustable and foldable. It was a bit confusing at first on how it unfolded, but it came together nice once I looked at it a few time. It is awesome, very sturdy, and well with the price, in fact, I would have expected to pay more once I got it up and being used.

[Rectangular] The foldable legs are very easy to use compared to a c-stand. The lock off wheels (castors) are a must!! Having the wheels on the light stand will help you relocate your light when you have multiple setups.
