[Dynamic] Truly a masterpiece. Extremely good build quality with gorgeous design, I'm glad that the headband system and the entire frame were redesigned from old Denons. Comfort is quite amazing, plush and soft ear-pads, just the right size, perhaps could be a little deeper/tricker but it would impact the sound quality for sure. The headband was a little stiff in the beginning, I was always aware of its presence on my head but it got really comfortable over time the point where I don't even feel it anymore. Also bonus points for a detachable cable! The drivers are extremely resolving and detailed. They produce very tight and punchy bass like most Denons / Fostex, perhaps here they're slightly more in line with the rest of the spectrum. Highs are polite and never fatiguing at all, definitely not veiled. The midrange sounds very intimate, personal and detailed, slightly forward. The notes have weight to them and feel very realistic. The overall tonality is quite balanced with that extra warmth added to make things enjoyable for long listening sessions. However, the vocals sounded a little too harsh in the beginning but luckily got much smoother after the burn-in period (about 30 hours). The only gripe I have with it is the stock cable, it's got a strange plastic feeling to it, it's quite microphonic and doesn't want to straighten out even after months. Luckily there are many aftermarket options and I replaced mine with a custom one. Overall and absolutely stellar product for its asking price so if you loved the older Denon / Fostex sound you should definitely check these out!

[0.48 lb] Never lose track of your headphones in a crowded studio again. And keep it off your gear!

[Yes, on Cable] So I needed a replacement/upgraded pair of studio cans that I could use extensively that would tell me the truth... it was either the Mackie MC-150 or these and decided to spend a little bit extra for the quality, and it was worth it... the stereo imaging on these are AMAZING, its funny sometimes I forget I got them on my ears and for a few moments think my studio monitors are still turned on, it doesnt lack in any low/mid/high area, but doesnt hype anything up either, very accurate and fun to work with, if you have a good ear for tracking/mixing even mastering these can be a very valuable tool to have in the studio, overall one of the best pairs of studio headphones I ever had, rivals certain other studio headphones twice the price, highly recommended

[200 mW] Purchased 2 years ago and use for both live performance soloing, personal listening, and some studio mixing. These headphones are very durable and comfortable, but the sound quality really sets them apart. They transport me into whatever I'm listening to. Combined with a fiios dac, they will do everything and will do it well. Unless you're looking for open back headphones, these will easily become your favorites. A+. I'll replace the earpads and cable when they finally wear out.

[1.22 lb] I own a semi pro studio in Ransomville NY. I have tried other so called isolation headphones. The CAD DH100 phones reject outside noise better than some of the more expensive name brand models. Most drummers that record here go out and buy their own, once they use them. Buy a set...you won't be disappointed.

[Black] I order this adapter to connect my regular headphones to my ATEM Television Studio HD8 ISO for live streaming. When I initially purchased this switcher I didn't know that the 5-pin headphones were almost $1K. This converted allows for me to hear my stream and communicate to my team via the headset.

[0.175 lb] Saw these headphones listed as PC Magazine's Best for Affordable Studio Headphones, and I totally agree. I haven't used them for any studio stuff, but they're great for gaming and streaming. Very pleased with what you get for the price. Comfortable, great sound, and cool features (can plug into the left or right side, plug has a lock on it, comes with color bands to identify each chord, adjustable head band).

[Reverb] Super easy to record a sketch. I use them for literally everything right now even though I have very high end mics and studio headphones. Kind of in-between designed for musicians. One cable and BOOM!, your idea is recorded. Couldn't be easier. Priced very nicely as well. Workflow and ease of use is stellar. As someone else pointed out, they aren't exactly robust but are serving my needs perfectly so far. Take what I say with a grain of salt since I'm still in the honeymoon phase but atm I LOVE them.
