[Dual-Deck] We took a chance early in the game on this freshly released controller coming from a DDJ-1000SRT. And let me just say AMAZEBALLS!! So much increased functionality without any sacrifice. Literally only 1 more depth so didn't even need to get a different case.

[Black] This has been a game changer for me! You get the stability of having the controller on a table with the mobility of wearing it around your neck. It allows you to not have to hold the remote or set it down if you need to change batteries, calibrate corpus, ect... You can use two fingers to control the joysticks or take your hands off to use a computer to edit waypoints (litchi). Its comfortable and provides some back support as well.

[0.75 lb] This steering wheel takes the Forza game to the next level! it is so much to use the wheel instead of the game controller. The vibration features make it fairly realistic and lot of fun!

[Tripod Clamp] In short, this controller has changed my game. I shoot sports and dont know how I did it without one. This controller, along with dual pan/tilt arms has made my footage smooth, precise, and flowing. Getting to stand back from the camera and tripod and getting my hands off the onboard zoom rocker is invaluable. INVEST in a controller, and I love this one.

[12.4 x 9.9 x 8"] I was playing Flight Simulator 2020 with a controller and then I bought the Warthog. It's almost like playing a different game now. The planes felt more erratic with the controller, but now the plane feels a lot more stable.

[300' (91.4 m)] I have owned various lens controllers. My previous camera was LANC and I owned the LANC version of this Varizoom controller for it. When I moved to Sony's EX camera, there was no question I would get this Varizoom controller. Unlike other EX controllers, the VZ PG-Ex lets you control the zoom with a dial and not the rocker. This lets you have rock solid fixed speed zooms from slowest to highest speeds the camera supports. You can also modify the speed smoothing during a zoom because of the excellent ergonomics. If you don't want easy fixed speed zooms, there's the Pro-EX model that uses the rocker to control the speed. I have used both and prefer the PG-EX. Both units have excellent tactile feedback on buttons and rockers. There is an additional button that is programmed to review the previous clip. Other things that speak to the quality product is the heavy duty cord with a nice way to manage excess. And, the handle clamp design is rock solid AND does not require the wing nut to be completely removed. But, if you just want low cost, go buy other controllers. You won't appreciate this but you WILL get what you pay for with the cheap ones. The VZ PG-EX is worth every penny if production value, reliability, operational efficiency and build quality are important. The looks don't hurt either. It definitely says Pro.

[2.48 lb] To be fair I did no research into this when I bought it. I needed a zoom controller for my Ursa Broadcast G2 as I'm using it on a tripod for sports, and this is pretty much the only game in town without dropping gobs of money on a Fujinon controller. (I'm using the Fujinon kit lens in the G2 combo package). I knew it had the zoom rocker, zoom speed knob and a button behind the knob. What I didn't really is how agile this thing is. I didn't realize there were also 3 buttons under the handle as well. Just messing around I had the speed knob set up to be a focus knob, the button behind the knob set to trigger autofocus, a button underneath (there's actually one on either side of the handle but they're paired together to do the same function) to trigger record, and then the other two I set up for preset Focus A and preset Focus B. Shifting focus between the two presets was fast and precise. Will I ever actually use all the buttons? Probably not, I just wanted a zoom control. But I do see the ability to use the zoom speed knob as a half-baked focus wheel being useful down the road. My only real gripe is the mount. It's gigantic, and there's no adjustability. It took a bit of fiddling with my tripod to get it in a position where it was comfortable to use without the tripods arm getting in the way. It would be nice if there was a way to change the angle a little bit
