Games Headphones With Mic

[Stereo] Don't get me wrong, if you know what you're doing you can tone match any decent headphone to sound good with EQ. My OG Astro A40's sound as good TONALLY with EQ, but resolution wise? Not even close. Even some expensive studio headphones ($500) struggle to keep up with the resolution of these. You're not gonna win any games with slightly better imaging, these can do everything good, unless you care about simultaneous mixing. I bought these to produce music on and play games without having to switch headphones, and dang do they do it well so far.

I went from a highfalutin 5.1 surround system to mutiple experiments with 2.1 systems.but nothing engaged me fully in the gaming until now. Set up was again very easy with the dongle connection to the computers USB, download the JBL Quantum app and you are at the starting gate. Click on the 7.1 channel set up and it will launch a video on how to configure the headphones with Windows.This is when the fun starts. Press test after configuration and you will hear the 7.1 surround test pattern swirling around your head.Very cool. It took a little while for my brain to adapt to the ambience that these headphone provide and doing so wirelessly! Footsteps, voices in various enviroments, shot gun blast, and explosions, drew me into the game.Soon the headphones disappered and the gaming expierence became more pronouced and involving. Even my old games that I played over a million times had a new lease on life. But wait theres more. Besides my music library in my computer, I also stream music. Now I can listen to music with these headphones without being tied down to the computer. In fact the distance from the computer was very very impressive. Did I like these? Absolutly killer for gaming and music! They have not left my head!

[10 x 9 x 3.9"] I have been using these headphones for more than week and they are fantastic. I have been playing Steam games at night and they sound loud with clear sound all around. These headphones are extremely comfortable when using with my Lenovo Legion Laptop. I always love Creative Labs products. Quality is always there. Plus i got them on sale here at B&H.

[400 mAh] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pair of gaming headphones. Connected to my PS4 and they paired automatically without even having to mess around. It’s nice having the detachable microphone because I don’t really use it ever, but my kids do so they’ll throw it on when they use it. It has a nice sound, it’s easy to hear left to right when you’re playing online games and need to know where the enemy is coming from. They’re very comfortable on the ears and head and fit nice. My only wish was that it was also Bluetooth so I could use them besides in the video games or PC. It uses a type of signal that just pairs to the dongle it comes with. Other than that this is a great pair of headphones.

First person games have become more immersive as you can hear your enemies footsteps right around the corner. Sound is great when you connect these to your PlayStation controller, but the real fun comes when you connect a PC or laptop and play games. The JBL Quantum one headphones have a software application that you can download to customize your sound and your lights. One thing to note though the lights on the headphones will only come on if you connect the USB and USBC to your headphones. If you're a PC gamer I definitely recommend these headphones if you're creating your next gaming setup.

[0.1 lb] It is a little pricey depending on your budget but I shoot a lot of football games & mic up coaches & play by play announcers. I've had a lot of problems with other mics in the past cutting out when there's a lot of people between me & the person miced up. So far this has preformed really well, not cutting out or dropping audio. I also like you can switch between power output from 50mw to 100mw. They do eat up batteries like crazy, especially outside in the cold!
