[4 (16 Cascade)] This IOGEAR GCS110-4 4-Port KVMP switch is my first purcahse of this type of gear...should have bought one years ago. I had checked out one of the other brands, but the manufacturer's web-site had the same photo and description for two models, very confusing. I am using this switch with three computer, Win7, Win8.1 and a Linux rig. I keep the fourth port open for testing other computers, no need to connect one being tested to a separate keyboard and mouse setup. This switch allows me to easily switch between computers via keyboard shortcuts. I have a Logitech Keyboard and Mouse which share a single wireless USB dongle, plugging the dongle into the keyboard USB port of the monitor area of the switch allows me to use the keyboard and mouse on all computers. I did have to uninstall the Logitech software which allowed for custom keyboard layout (volume up/down, next track, etc.) as it seemed to conflict with the way the KVMP switch emulated Keyboard and Mouse Control...not an issue for me in this case. I am not a hard-core gamer, thus do not have a mouse with 92 buttons on it..more of a FPS and Flight Sim guy here. I like the fact that I can switch the keyboard/mouse, Vidoe and USB separately from the audio, that is I can have music playing on one computer, switch the Keyboard/Mouse, Video, and USB to another computer and still hear the music from the first computer. I have all my external drives and printers connected directly to the Win7 computer working as a server for all my data. I have a USB hub connected to the KVMP input which is accessed by whichever computer I am using for such things as my web-cam, joystick, multimedia card reader, and ID CAC Card Reader. I started taking IT classes and now I can easily do remote access, learned how to access Windows Shared Folders from the Linux box...and more, having the computers side by side with one control system is a Godsend. I would recommend this switch to anyone considering such a purchase. 5 |

[Mechanical] This is my third Das Keyboard product. Lost the first in a fire, and am using the second one on a secondary computer. Bought the Prime 13 for the Cherry brown switches and the keyboard back-lighting. As mechanical keyboards go, I don't think a better one exists. It's not as loud as the Cherry red switches in my old Pro Red model, but I added some MX rubber switch dampeners to make it a little quieter, anyway. It's nearly as quiet as a membrane keyboard now. 5 |

[6.55 lb] There are many keyboard stands on the market. B & H sells several models that all seem to do the same thing: support a keyboard instrument above the floor. The great thing about this unit is the value. It is the least-expensive model, but it is well built and accomplishes the goal with style. The single x is not a liability, and the limited number of pull-lock positions accommodates all the usual working heights one is likely to need. The rubber grips keep the stand in place on the floor and keep the keyboard in place on top. 5 |

I use the On-Stage KS7365EJ with my Yamaha Keyboard and Ferrofish B4000+ Hammond B3 Module. I wish the Keyboard support arms were longer, as the floor legs stick out to far when the stand is lower. It is easy to trip on the floor legs, as they are to long. I also use the stand with MIDI Bass Pedals. Also, it would be nice to have a small bag for the extra knobs when the stand is broken down for travel. The Ferrofish B4000+ sits on the second tier shelf. Otherwise, it is solid for playing and a very excellent product. Love it. 5 |

[Fixed Length] I use it to hold my desktop Mic so that it could reach over my keyboard while I'm playing with having to get a floor stand. Works great and the price is a steal. 5 |

[MP3 via USB] Used this to power two KLF Clarion III 8 ohm floor speakers to use as a set of computer speakers instead of cheap computer speakers. It gets louder than I will ever need. I needed something that would take bare wire speaker cable instead of 1/8 plugs. FM reception is really good although I will not need it. I wish it had a L/R balance but for the price this does what I need. I wish it were made in Japan or the USA instead of China. 5 |
