[4.75 lb] My much loved 20 year old KATA sling bag was shredded beyond use and I had a really hard time finding a good replacement. This Think Tank bag is not just good, it is really great. [Black] Two of these survived a shipment that left both boxes bent, torn and shredded on the corners, with only minor scratches. Very tough! Also the stand bases are much lower profile than most, so they get kicked less in use. 5 |

With the contract, total cost to get a replacement was $159. It came in a shrink-wrapped box and looks new. If it is refurbished, you can't tell. The longest part of the process was the slow shipping to DJI in Texas with the label they provided, which took almost a week. Return service was only two days. 5 |
