Gigabyte X570 Gaming X

I am using this for a Ryzen 3900X build with the Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master, Noctua NH-D-15S, 2 Samsung M.2 drives, GeForce 1060, 2 7,200RPM SATA drives, and a Blu-Ray optical drive. It is one of the only modern cases with a 5.25 drive bay, good airflow/noise balance, and USB Type-C on the front panel. This case is dead quiet compared to my Cooler Master Sniper I used on my last Intel build. Connectivity is great and I like that I can remove the side door without a thumbscrew. I specifically chose the solid side panel over tempered glass for durability and again this was a somewhat rare feature when requiring the other specs. Love it.

[4.7 GHz] I finally upgraded to AM5 and since I was very happy for the last 5 years with my TUF X570 Mobo this seemed like a great choice. Zero issues and working as expected. Have about 20 hours of gaming already and looks like it will be another 5 years of happy gaming.

[4.8 GHz] I took over my son's 4 year old gaming pc running MSI Tomahawk x570 running Ryzen 9 3900x. I was looking into upgrading to 5900x, but I'm glad and waited for the 5900XT. Runs games fast, and excellent for my photo editing needs.

[0.835 lb] I upgraded to this cpu along with a gigabyte auros b450M. Simple yet powerful. Though not an exceptional cpu for gaming you can run most desktop software with ease. No graphics card needed.

[0.13 lb] Just purchased a Gigabyte Aorus gaming laptop and easily installed this SSD inside. Read/Write speeds are great, the value of this SSD is why I purchased and will purchase again if necessary!

[ATX] It's a great motherboard. I like the aesthetic (nicer than my previous X570 Tomahawk aside from not having any RGB lighting). The one disappointment I have is that it only has one header for my front USB4 ports, so you would need a splitter if you need more. Fast, easy tips for undervolting a 14900K build: set a -.125v voltage offset, set LLC4 (it's buried in a menu called DigitALL Power Settings) disable enhanced turbo. If it's not stable, try -0.1v, -.085v, -.075v.

[4x SATA III] This was a Great upgrade from the Asus ProArt-X570 Creators WiFi. This has been a very worthy upgrade and it will allow me to keep using the latest and upcoming CPU's for the AM5 platform.
