Great entry level mechanical keyboard

[Blue] I use a 61-key MIDI controller with my laptop as a keyboard in band, and recently purchased a Yorkville keyboard amplifier. The amplifier has unusual inputs... two quarter inch jacks in channel 2, which is the channel optimized for keyboard... I was surprised to find a chord that was exactly what I needed, with an eighth-inch headphone end to plug into my laptop and two quarter inch ends to plug into the amplifier. The chord fits my setup perfectly and appears to maintain audio quality very well.

[MIDI Utility] Bought this for travelling with my laptop, this is the most compact 61-key keyboard I've ever had, but more importantly NOT a piece of junk. Reasonable keyboard feel, bus-powered, and Reason integration is exactly what I needed, and the GX61 would have been worth it at even twice the price!

[LCD] I purchased the Impulse 61 mainly for plugging chords and melodies into FL Studio 10. The keyboard has a great feeling and is weighted like a dream. All of the faders, rotary encoders, and pads were a breeze to program and have opened my workflow to a whole new level. This is lightyears ahead of drawing directly into your DAW with a mouse or trackpad.

[Metronome] I like this bag. It is big enough to fit my 61 key keyboard (Yamaha E413), plus, it has a large front pocket for my other things (music sheets, AC adapter, etc.). It is also very well made and the zipper action is nice.
