[0.01 lb] I ordered the GO PRO sight unseen and thought I needed a housing. When the camera arrived from B&H it came with this skeleton housing (pre-packaged from the factory. I had order this housing with the camera and simply returned it to B&H without any problems...great customer service from B&H...I'm writing this to help others avoid ordering what comes with the camera...hope this helps! If you use this you do lose AUDIO...order the frame if you need audio and external AC power due to limited battery life for extended time lapse projects

[Yes] Looking for a camera which performs well and provides similar feature to the Go Pro... this is a cheap and a very good alternative. I bought it thinking the low price of $54.99 how could I go wrong. As you can see from the attached photos I made the right choice. Add feature... it works with all Go Pro accessories. I also found so many opportunities to use this. May favorite is capturing chickadees fledging last spring. Money worth spent... easy to use. recommend buying a spare battery. At this price there was no charger... it is done through the camera and takes several hours per battery.. Batteries last about 3 hours... a micro chip is also recommended to store 3 hours of videos.

[0.18 lb] The plate is long enough and stable enough to secure a Go Pro or other light camera to it as well as a remote microphone. A Must Have to attach a clamp in challenging situations to support your GoPro or other lightweight camera, especially if you add an external microphone.

[0.14 lb] I got this battery for under $dollars. I bought my Go Pro from B & H last January, and the temp in NYC was -17c so very cold. I've found the Go Pro not to have a long battery life. Now, with this battery, the Go Pro lasts a lot longer. I also bought a new Watson battery for an old compact battery (Panasonic Lumix LMC DX2) which I also bought from B & H Years ago (2008) and that battery has started to drain quickly. I was going to buy a new camera, although B & H staff v helpful, and advised on this battery and now I'm getting to use my old camera more now. I was only in NYC for a week, although went to B & H 4 times, its a great shop and I always visit when I'm in NYC. James, UK
