Good Printers For Office

[1200 x 1200 dpi] My first printers in the 80s were Canon Dot Matrix. They were well engineered and lasted forever. Then came Canon inkjet. I bought 1 and it didn't work out. Then came the HP Inkjet decades; until last month when my patience finally snapped with the consistently poor quality software (seemingly written by 5 year olds) and reliable hardware who's primary function was to waste ink so you buy more. Forever. I'm now done with HP printers, and back to Canon. For good. This MF751C 100% justifies that decision. Well built, good software, and office level performance, which my Wife and I need for WFH & Home office. B&H ordering & customer service was 5* as it always is. Happy customer

[2400 x 600 dpi] I love this printer, it's great for a small home office. I went from 2 printers into 1 printer. The only negative is how long it takes to actually print after you press the print button. I know I am using the WiFi, but my "other" printer printed pretty fast. I love the vivid color printing, how fast you can cancel a print and it was so easy to set up.

[Simplex: 40 ppm] It's not very quiet, but since it can handle many multiple users, it doesn't really belong in an office next to someone's workstation. It's also not very loud, either. But, enough about what it isn't. It is fast, crisp, and clean. I looked at faster, less expensive printers by HP and found there was nothing good in the gap between small office printers and light industrial printers. The one printer in that space had multiple reviewers complaining about failures. You get what you pay for.

[66,000 Pages] We have about fifty printers at our office and all are toner type printers. This is our first ink jet and we love the savings, quality of the prints and the ease of refilling the ink. We are starting to order more of these for our staff.

[Retail Box] Our medical office has need to scan 20+ page documents very often. We historically used brother multipurpose printers for this, but the automatic document feeder always breaks long before the scanner bed or the printer part. While those saved space, they became too expensive to replace every time the document feeder went bad. The Canon scanner is just the document feeder. Software is very easy to use, and the scanner integrated with the software we were already using (paperport) effortlessly. Better yet, it appears very reliable and it is much faster than the MFC machines. Footprint on the desk is as small as I think it could get. We were so happy with it that we bought a second machine, and in the future, we won't go out of our way to buy printers with an ADF tray. I plan to eventually put one of these at each clerical workstation.

[Yes] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my fair share of printers but this printer is amazing for a home office, although it is a lot larger than I thought it was going to be. The setup instructions and connecting it to my computer was easy and simple. It prints quickly and the color payoff is nice. It's been over a month with printing at least three times a week and the ink is still pretty much full. Overall, it's one of the best printers I've owned so far and I love it in my home office.
