[Yes] This is easy to set up. The arm slides smoothly along the column by using the hand crank. The arm is able to be extended outward in case your camera lens can capture the foot of the column. It is steady and sturdy for me to do camera scanning of my film negatives. Definitely worth the price! 5 |

[Yes] I bought 1 of these when I bought the Kupo big boom. I didn't want to lift the boom by hand like I have been doing. I haven't received the boom yet but put my large parabolic on it. I got to love the crank up. It's awesome. So, I bought a second one and have an avenger boom on it. It's that good. Only thing I wish is it had a wider base. Wheels are a must have. I also have the impact weights on each leg. The Kupo clamp won't fit the main section either so hanging a power pack off it has to be done a different way. I'm planning on more crank stands. 5 |

[Aluminum] At first glance this wrist strap seems flimsy. But it is actually fairly sturdy. The string loop is thicker than some cheap straps I bought at that giant online retailer everyone shops at. The main nylon loop is smaller than usual and fits my small hand, but a large hand might be a problem. The stitching looks strong. I wouldn’t use this with a heavy full frame camera, but it seems adequate for APS-C or smaller. 5 |

[Carbon Fiber] For outstanding clarity and resolution in a portable (hand-held) instrument nothing compares to these binoculars - period. I guess that's why they were standard kit on the Space Shuttle and ISS. While a little bulky, this is more than compensated by the viewing experience. They would continue to sell at twice the price. 5 |
