Hand Wired Guitar Amplifiers

[0.16 lb] I bought to of these to run as a stereo pair for guitar amplifiers in a live environment. They are terrific! They handle whatever two 100 watt amps can throw at them and do not color the sound in any sort of negative manner. They definitely let the amps tone shine right through. I went from two classic Sm57s to these and I just notice more clarity and detail than I did with the 57s. Mic placement is a breeze. I spent all of 5 minutes with a pre-recorded loop figuring out the most natural sound and its very easy to find the large sweetspot with these mics. Again, the 57 does not have a huge sweet spot.

[0.9] Since obtaining this microphone, I have used it to mic up two different guitar amplifiers to good effect. Overall, the sound is warm and the bass response becomes more pronounced the closer it is placed to the grille cloth. Positioning the mic around six inches away produces a more balanced and useable sound IMHO. I have yet to try this mic with a Cloudlifter, which I believe should, when used in conjunction with the Fat Head II, yield a better, hotter signal.

[3.26 lb] We are using these cables to chain amplifiers together and they work great.

[6] The simplicity of this stand makes it my favorite.. with a guitar on it, it's solid, but still easy to move with one hand, by grabbing the neck where it meets the stand (thumb around neck, fingers around stand). You can arrange 2 or more close together too, if you need quick access to multiple guitars. Guitars sit solidly on it. Minimal size when traveling, easy to set up, no parts to fall off or swing about in an unwieldy manner. I have 5 of them.

[Right] Switched from a razer viper (wired) to the super light, and have zero complaints. Better feel in hand, lighter, and sturdy build with no creaks. One hundred percent would recommend.

[Metal] I use Sony wireless to fill in the gaps left by wired mics in some situations. A hand-held microphone is a necessary part of a run-and-gun wireless kit. A plug-on device is more flexible, but heavy, bulky and unsightly on camera. Lavaliere mics are solid, but it's not always possible to put on beltpack and thread the wire, nor share it with others..

[Black] Nothing to complain about. It's large and fills your hand. It's light. It's also pricey and wired. I always use two mice so I own the RH version that is wireless. I wish this was available as a wireless mouse. Vertical mousing seems to have removed some strain from my fingers but I don't feel it's reduced strain or on wrists or shoulders.
