Handheld Digital Vacuum Meter

[3x Cam-Lok] Initially bought this for the handheld build, but found it a bit bulky and it ended up on the hoop rig. The meter is a really nice feature as my batts don't have screens.

[Ambient] I really like this tiny handheld meter. It has everything I need for exposure settings on old film cameras. It is very accurate. I checked it with my spot meter multiple times. Both incident and reflective measurements are easy. I really like incident metering in tough sunlight or backlit conditions. Not obvious from the description is that the nice long lanyard threads through the back of the protective well made ‘sack’. It fits easy in a shirt pocket ready for quick retrieval.

[Compressed Air] Amazing little vacuum/blower!

[Ambient] I ordered this for a few vintage cameras that I have. Nikon SP3, Nikon F and Canon Canonet. With exception to the Canon the cameras do not have meters and the Canon is not really very accurate and kills batteries. This little meter fits nicely on all three cameras (additional hot shoe mount needed for Nikon F) and looks great. The digital readout is very nice and this can be adjusted to read in third, half or full stops. I tested the meter against a Gossen Luna Pro as well as a Sekonic digital meter and so far all readings are accurate. I am so glad I pulled the plug on this meter and now look forward to taking it out in the field.

[112 mm] We've been using Luna Pro Digital F light meters for years now at my school. I was disappointed that I could find these for sale anymore. What I didn't realize is that Gossen had this meter with a new name. The Sixomat F2 is awesome as it now includes a flash meter. One of my favorite functions of the old F and this new F2 meter is the exposure correction factors. I use this for wet plate collodion. My factor for collodion is 4 stop or multiplying the exposure by 16. I set my ISO of collodion in 3 and my COR value to 16 and my exposures are right each time plus I can now meter my strobes as well. Thank you Gossen for making such a great meter.
