[Mono] I have an old original EV PL 76A electret condenser microphone. It is still one of the best sounding, small diaphragm, condenser microphones from the early 70's. Originally it had an internal foam pop filter built into the inside of the protective grille cover over the diaphragm element. Over the years this foam filter dried out and fell apart. I use this microphone quite a bit for voiceover work and I needed to replace the foam. I looked everywhere for a replacement. I finally checked B&H for generic pop filters. I was surprised to see that B&H actually had the large over the outside grey pop filter made by EV as an accessory for this microphone. I bought it immediately. It fits perfectly, looks great, the price was right and does exactly what a wind screen/pop filter is supposed to do. Thanks B&H for always having what I need.

[17.1 x 8 x 2.6"] Fits the EV RE50 workhorse handheld mic used by most all News Crews. Its a tight fit on the mic. So tight you might tear the windscreen if your not careful. It looks smart and adds to the mics built in windscreen properties. I only take it off when it rains because it really soaks up the water when you get it wet. I have two of these and with heavy use in the field I started to see chunks of foam missing after 4 months of use. I am trying to get thru the year without buying two more. I just have the reporter rotate the mic to the pretty side that doesn't have any foam missing for any liveshots. Functionally, this windscreen cuts out the wind very well and background noise as well. I go thru the cheap windscreens like gum...they are junk.

[Lithium-Ion] These are a perfect fit for the handheld wireless Shure PG58 microphones.

[Auto-Scan] I wanted to upgrade one of my Shure SLX2/SM58 handheld mics to a condenser mic with a higher frequency range and the Shure 87C element provides this especially for female singers; now I don't have the hand noise that can happen with corded SM87C mics so I have the best of two worlds and the ones using the mics definitely like what they hear as does the audience; besides the swap out of mic elements is simple; thanks Shure for making my life easy

[IR] I use this on a Lectrosonics handheld transmitter. Top quality sound - as good as an unhyped condenser, and a tight polar pattern. And no proximity effect.

[2.635 lb] I'm not exactly a master of all microphones, but I own a couple of TLM103s and maybe 6 other types of condenser mics. These mics sound fantastic. They're pricey, so if you have over $1,000 to spend on a microphone, I'd recommend getting one of these to produce a really clean recording of pretty much anything. I use it to record vocals, drum sets, other percussion, acoustic and electric guitars (paired with other mics), and it always sounds great. I've always used with the Neumann shock mounts.

[Phantom Power] We are using these condenser microphones for a 20 member church choir. The product literature was very helpful for us in assembly and future modifation of our sound system. The sound technician and I also liked the on-line tutorials that Audix posted.

[Black] We use Audio-Technica wireless microphones in our worship services. From time to time we have to replace the Condenser Miniature Microphone. B&H has exactly what we need at the best price.

[0.155 lb] Many years ago I bought the one for dynamic microphones and it has always served me well. Now I bought this one for condenser microphones and so fa it has been just as good. I love it!!!

[1.67 lb] This is an equal to the other dynamic broadcast microphones. It rejects room noise well and sounds more like a condenser mic than a dynamic mic. Very well suited to podcasting, voiceover, and broadcast. I'm surprised that it hasn't risen to popularity alongside the other dynamic mics in its price category.
