[0.1 lb] Bought this cable to go from my Nikon D4 DSLR camera and the off-camera digital recorder. So far it works perfectly and seems to provide good strain relief. It's a nice short length so it doesn't get in the way of anything!

[Digital] I've used a 720P HD Flip Video camera for many years and have been quite satisfied with the performance. I use the camera to record repairs to homes and golf carts for the owners of rental homes in my program as well as capturing videos of our travels. This camera puts the Flip to shame for several reasons. The video quality is quite a step up and the ease of download and handling of the videos is so much easier it's ridiculous. The wide angle view captures the entire scene and the huge reduction in panning helps to keep continuity in the intended video.I would like to see a far more instructive manual for it's use. @

[Carabiner] I've used analog SLRs for years and transitioned to digital point and shoot cameras about 8 years ago. I've steadily upgraded and finally after much research settled on what I now consider to be the best technology short of a digital SLR. I will use this for not only family pictures, but also on the cruises that my wife and I take periodically. In particular I'm looking forward to pictures from our upcoming Alaska inland passage cruise in early September. The 20X zoom with an effecitve 28 to 560 mm range is fantastic and at long focal lengths the image stabilization does a great job. I like the fact that you can record HD movies, but wish the HD cable was standard rather than what appears to be proprietary. Otherwise, I am thoroughly pleased with this camera. While it has high tech features that will take me months to master, the ease of taking pictures right out of the box and the quality of the results with virtually no learning curve is a real plus. Would definitely recommend this camera to anyone looking for a longer zoom point and shoot that will provide consistenly high quality pictures.

[2.9 lb] I use this on my Ursa Mini Pro, but I mount it sideways so that I can attach a portable audio recorder to my camera.

[< 1 ms] I have purchased many things from Camera Motion Research so this is a product review and a vendor review. I have never had anything from them that does not exceed my expectations in quality in reliability -- and I am very picky. They make good high quality fit like a glove stuff. The stuff that makes other things usable. For instance, the Connex Mini is, IMHO, the best HD Video transmitter (for HD Video Camera or Drone use) that exists. What makes the Connex Mini mount, draw power, stay protected, etc., is Camera Motion Research! Lastly, the tech support is incredible. They responded to my email on a minor question in less than 24 hours and called me too!
