[1 User] Using this a sort of distribution amplifier for several rack components... it feeds our CCTV modulator, tape dub rack, and a couple DVD recorders. Didn't need anything sophisticated - primarily needed control over stereo levels just for those components, and this thing did the trick for cheap. Can't comment on the quality, but seems to be just fine - the uses aren't mission critical.

[100 W] I purchase it as a 2 channel HDMI QAM modulator, Video quality is amazing, now i realized that I can also use it for IPTV streaming over our network, we streem 2 programs from Direct Tv Set top box to any of our 240 computers in our building  , I search the net , i would need to pay more just for the  IP streamers - good value
