[Precut Foam] I use this for web audio/video. I upgraded from the H4 (which I really liked.) This thing is way better.The external knobs alone are worth the upgrade. The sound is pristine. Even when boosting the audio, there is no hiss. I no longer need to use noise-removal during production. (Assuming a quiet recording environment.)It is also EXTREMELY east to use. No more drilling down through the menu to adjust your input. The mic options are great as well. Both have many uses and sound great. I still prefer the stereo mic for most projects. I also use it for creating video how-to's with Camtasia. The sound is far superior to any headset I've tried. I haven't had an opportunity to use more than 2 inputs at once yet, but looking forward to giving this a try during a multi-mic, live recording.You may not find this in a pro recording studio, but if you are an indie film maker, ENG, web video/audio, you can't go wrong. It's a studio in your hand. Kind of wondering why they put it out before the accessories (power, remote, etc.) came out, but oh well. I'll definitely be picking up the remote and power cable when they come out.

[HDCAM-SR] This equipment really make easier the HD recording.

[USB-A 2.0] The video quality of this HD webcam is excellent and the built-in microphones work better than a microphone array on a laptop or Intel NUC. Of course, a separate quality microphone closer to the speaker will always give clearer audio. Video in Teams, Zoom, and Skype look much better than with my previous Logitech webcam in terms of color accuracy, low-light performance and image sharpness. Because of the quality lens and sensor, digital zoom can be used when needed. The tripod attachment is very welcome. When recording a group, you get much better results when putting the cam on a tripod and adjusting height and angle just as you would do when recording video.

[0.025 lb] I use this for location sound recording on lavs for video production and it works as described.

[Beige] Using it in our 'home studio' for prosumer-level performance video recording. Working great. Sound level top notch, lightweight, easy to assemble/disassemble. Definitely just right for this level of work.
