Headphones With Mic For Voice Recording

[1 User] I bought this mic mostly for voice recording, but it also sounds great with my acoustic guitar.

[4.905 lb] Now this Mic is AWESOME considering its low price. Designed for voice recording and instruments. Gives you that FAT Sound you always wanted. The quality is about the same with more features. Shelf Filter and a (-10dB Cut). It now uses (2) AA Batteries - Finally! My only complaint? The Foam Windscreen is loose and can fall off. Who cares! This thing is great.

[Articulated] I use this studio arm to make recording of my voice - for my YouTube videos easier. I did have to pull the cable out a little further near the end - where the mic plugs in. In order to allow the best configuration of the mic (with an isolation mount attached) without crimping the cable end - near the connector. One little note is that if you use the extension arm, make sure to have the retaining screw at the base of the mount out as much as possible - also make sure that the arm is all the way in. It might be a little difficult to know when it's all the way in, just push it in until you know for certain that it is fully inserted into the mount. (When I first set up the studio arm - while using the extension arm. I thought it was all the way in, and it wasn't - which could have caused the studio arm to fall, which would have messed up my computer)

[On-Mic] I am recording voice overs and audio books. The sound from this mic is crisp, clear, clean, and gorgeous. B&H made the purchase simple and economical.

[Bus Powered] I love this mic. It's even tinier than it looks in the picture but packed with power. It has a good solid feel -- no plastic! It folds up into a tiny package but the solidly weighted base keeps it absolutely stable standing or swiveling in any direction and allows clipping onto a monitor. It is USB plug-and-play and packs in a lot of features, including uni- and multi-directional pickup, headphone output, and, according to the instructions (yes, it actually comes with an instruction booklet), the ability to handle everything from simple voice to single instrument to full music input. So far I've only used basic voice recording in the two pickup modes and the quality is excellent, but the instructions also describe a wide range of recording and sound effect techniques achievable by simple positional adjustment that someone with more more knowledge than I should try.

[Stereo Main Mix] I'm using this Mic for guitar and voice recording directly into computer so the USB interface is perfect for that. The supplied holder is compatible with standard microphone stand which is nice. Only complaint is that I wish it came with a slightly longer USB cable, but that is easily remedied. All in all a great deal!

[Black] I use this microphone mostly for voice recording, and it produces very detailed results. The specifications for this mic show it to have a mostly flat frequency response with low noise, and this is borne out in use -- this mic is very sensitive, has little inherent noise, and produces an uncolored sound. The mic and its included shock mount are sturdily built and well-packaged. It's a quality product that produces a great sound.
