[Stereo] The Jabra 925 works great with my Shoretel phone and my iPhone. It even starts Siri when I press the mobile phone button. I used the software to program the headset to automatically connect to my Desktop phone when I remove the headset from the stand. Great programming options!

[Metal] I use this product to switch one TRRS headset between PC and iPhone. There are many other TRS switchers, but the TRRS switcher is rare. This product seems to work perfectly as a TRRS switcher and satisfies my need. I've tried another cheap TRRS switcher before, but that would cause the speaker output to flow back into the mic input, so it wasn't practical. This product does not have such issue and works well as a simple switcher. Since this product is just a simple switcher, so it may feels a little expensive. However, I guess the price is not a drawback because it could be used for a long time.

[Yes] I really like this headset, the fidelity is such that it is great both for phone conversations, as well as music playback.  Works both with my Polycom phones, connected direct to a softphone on my laptop, or disconnected and direct to my iPhone.  I find myself using this headset more than my earbuds, for playing music from my iPhone. Purchased this wired set, as I try to limit RF exposure.  My clients generally prefer the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC Headset B825, which is a reliable Bluetooth headset, but the sound quality is best for voice calls. I do recommend installing the Polycom computer application in order to adjust settings and provision firmware updates.
