[2.84 lb] This item was purchased for my mother who was having trouble adjusting to a hearing aid. For her, this was the perfect solution.

[99 dB] I was loaned a Pocket Talker by my hearing aid provider while my $6,000.00 aids were sent to the manufacturer for repairs and I fell in love with it and have since, used it almost exclusively. I purchased a second one for spare and am totally satisfied with B & H and the service and products they provide.

[Bluetooth] At some point, those other tiny desktop speakers are no longer what you're looking for. A hearing-aid wearer needs the best fidelity and clarity. The Audioengine speakers have real components, and are nice and clean from soft to loud. Lute, pipe organ, classical guitar, singing voice - all nicely done. Speech is easy to hear. Note, as they say in the instructions, the speakers do have some break-in. At first, they sound a little bright and tinny, and mellow out as the larger element comes to itself. Sub-woofer needed? Possibly not, if you're happy to hear the deepest tones as background. These speakers do that job. If you want room-shaking whallup, then you'll need a bigger cone and heavy mass, etc., a sub. Altogether, the 2 bookshelf speakers are very nice for size and price.

[0.02 Seconds] purchased for someone with serious hearing loss, she reports it works well with her hearing aid, much better than standard headphones with a hearing assist receiver in church.

[Open-Ear] I am enjoying these very light and "stay in place" above the ear headphones very much. As a person who wears a hearing aid, this is the only type of headphone that works for me. They are perfect for entertainment (listening to books, podcasts, music) during my 2+ hour runs. Set up was extremely easy and I really appreciate still being able to hear what's going on around me. I can even wear my sunglasses at the same time.

[Up to 75 Hours] Omg. I'm so so so happy with my new device. I'm hard of hearing and been talking on the phone less lately becauseof the feedback from the hearing aid. This is a must for people who wears a hearing aid and talks on the phone

[6x CR123A] I bought two batteries at Rite Aid and they didn't work. I just didn't know why. This co. guided me to the right one and IT WORKS!

[1 W (Maximum)] I have almost no hearing comprehension in large venues. I noticed that my Church and also a local performance center used the T-Coil system for the hearing impaired. The Churches system was from Listen Tech so I searched for a receiver. At the time I bought the LR-500-072 BH sold it for substantially less than Amazon, so I grabbed one. The receiver picks up the audio directly from the ministers mic - the sound is clear and you have control over the volume. You do have to supply your own earphones and batteries and there is no charger for the batteries. I did not see this as a problem. The device will scan, if you wish, for the frequency being used and you can block freq that might interfere. This was a great purchase. Having your own unit keeps you a little safer than borrowing the supplied units that others use. 5 star
