[JPEG, Raw] I do most of underwater photography and it is important to have right light exposure and faster shutter speed for capturing moment for underwater species. I choose this over RX100M6 is that M6 might have better zoom lens but this one has faster shutter speed and thats what i needed. Highly recommend this product if you are taking lots of activity photo or underwater photo.

[2.39 lb] After finally getting access to high speed internet “in the woods” I purchased a camera. It worked great so I ordered a second one. I love being able to view my home remotely. It works great for me

[Autofocus] We use the lens at a national laboratory with a very expensive high-speed camera that captures videos of fast moving projectiles (speeds up to 1000 m/s) composed of solid hydrogen at temperatures of a few degrees above absolute zero (-450 degrees F). The camera ($) is usually set for the minimum shutter time of 0.3 microseconds. With this setup, it is difficult to have enough light to collect useful videos. Using this lens at 1.4 yields great videos of fantastic events, including the capability to evaluate in-flight integrity and impact mechanisms. It is simply the best wide-angle lens when light is an issue.
