[2 Hours] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great little remote. Got it for my AndroidTV Hisense TV. At first I was concerned because I realized that it was primarily built for Roku and a few other smart TV systems with no AndroidTV listed, but went ahead with the setup anyway and it works great! Followed the steps for setting up a Roku Hisense TV and it worked on first try. Able to control the smart features and the TV itself (power, volume). There are 2 buttons that didn't program - I guess they are designed specifically for Roku, but the nice thing is that this remote will allow you to learn from your old remote and map any button to do anything the previous remote did. Haven't tried that yet, but will probably remap the 2 buttons in the near future to do something useful. Great little remote all around and beats the big remote that came with the TV with about 100 buttons on it. 5 |

[2x AAA] I needed a replacement for my RoKu remote as I accidently dropped the original too many times and it stopped working. This remote was such a pleasant surprise as it added many features including a power button, volume up/down, and mute. This worked out of the box and even controls my sound bar. It also has a built-in microphone, which works in any of the apps and is a faster way to search for things. Great Remote for Roku! Would definitely get it again! 5 |

[Camera-Mount] I plugged in my TV, cable box, DVD player, ROKU and power cable then powered it up and everything just worked. I checked the firmware and it was up to date. I changed the view screen to show Cable Box, DVD and ROKU and that was about it. The ease of operation is great and the sound quality has improved from my previous receiver. The only down side is that I have a phono player that required an addition purchase of a pre-amp, as there is no phono input on this Yamaha A/V receiver....but that was a minor issue. If you don't want to spend a fortune on a A/V receiver I would definitely recommend this Yamaha unit. 5 |
