Hosa Microphone Stand

[None] This is a simple microphone stand.

[Impedance] The Hosa Technology MIT-129 Hi-Z to Low-Z Microphone Transformer is built like a tank. Worked perfectly out of the box. Sound is pristine, clear and there is zero outside interference from electrical or EMF sources. Connectors are robust and rugged. I expect this to be a trouble free product that will last decades! I wish more things were built this way nowadays. As always, B&H ordering, shipping and handling were top notch, fast and seamless.

[Impedance] I purchased this to connect a microphone to an Apogee Jam which is made for guitars and it performed perfectly. Hosa is not a brand that I normally purchase, but the price is nice and this seems to be one of their better made items. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a simple Hi/Lo transformer.

[1] I purchased the Hosa CBT-500 a few weeks ago and had tested my existing cable I had one XLR cable that one solder connection had become disconnected . Using the cable tester is pretty straight forward. There 8 testing positions if it is XLR there are 3 position and MIDI has 5 positions to test.When I received he tester there was a loose bolt floating around in the packaging and something rattling inside the cable tester. I took it upon myself to open the tester and found nut that matched the bolt. I put back together. I notified B&H Photo that HOSA needs to inspect products before distributing to retailers. I have highest regard for HOSA Products.I am thinking that this was an isolated incident.

[Mono] i like the sound of it. it's a nice microphone and looks great. It's nice it came with a case and a stand.
