[Standard] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a serious paper jam in my HP Laser jet Pro M227. Printer Display and App "manage your device" kept telling me to remove the Laser Cartridge and clear jam from the top. But, I could not grab enough of the paper to free it. When I went to the tech support chat I learned about the door on the back of the printer. That was not obvious but it allowed me to clear the jam. Also this saved me a trip of lugging my printer to the computer store . Thank you !!

[Standard] My HP M452 color duplex laser printer developed ugly vertical black bands on all prints. Nothing I tried would eliminate this problem. Finally, I decided to replace the OEM black cartridge with a genuine HP branded cartridge and the problem went away. Live and learn...

A good color printer is essential to our success. For the last ten years we have used a HP Color Laser Jet CP1518ni. It has been an excellent partner in our endeavors. The best suitable upgrade appears to be the new HP Laser Jet Pro 4201dn. It’s full color capability and high speed printing (@ 35PPM) it is exactly what we need. Installation was as easy as plugging in the USB cord and performing the guided setup on the 2.7” screen by running through a few menus. The one challenge presented was that the scroll button/knob doesn’t seem secure and sturdy. The best feature of this printer for me is that the toner cartridges are reasonably priced and produce thousands of copies per cartridge. This printer is one of the best values out there today. I’m looking forward to many years of service.

I was happy to be able to order the Cyan toner cartridge. It came when expected, and the printer and I are both happy.

[25 to 400%] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of settling for a black and white laser printer, I finally decided to splurge for my dream of color laser printing. The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw checks all my boxes. The size of the unit fits precisely where my old, ancient multifunction printer fit. It seems to be about the same size as their multifunction inkjet printers. This unit is built very well. The doors, hinges and trays are sturdy with a good weight to them. The setup process was a breeze. As soon as I powered on the unit, I was asked to join my wifi network. A firmware update took place immediately, and I was ready to print within 3 minutes of plugging the unit in. I ran a test by printing a full page color photo of my kids from my phone. It received and printed the photo in a total of 6 seconds. I do believe the PPM rating on this unit is a little underrated. When printing invoices, I was able to print 38 full page invoices which included color in a little over a minute. I always choose HP LaserJet printers. My first HP LaserJet from 1993 still works. This is my 5th HP LaserJet in my lifetime, and they have never let me down. I only upgrade over the years for the newer features. Thanks HP!
