Hp Pavilion Core I5 8Th Gen Laptop

[Yes] I bought this laptop to replace my 7 year old HP Pavilion laptop. I was happy with the quality of the computer, as well as the Intel processor. It is a beautiful computer at a reasonable price.

[7 x 6 x 1"] I got this for an old hp pavilion 3000 series laptop and it works perfectly to expand the amount of ports you need, the transfer speeds aren't bad either, even with a more modern usb drive.

[CPU Air Cooler] Needed this to keep a Core i5-11600K from giving me a sun tan. You KNOW the 11600K can get hot.

[256 GB] I bought the i5 10th gen with discount and i love it, came in a box sealed by apple

Some key points (Core i5, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD): - Sleek and thin tablet but a little heavier than you might think - Rounded corners and thin bezels make the tablet look modern - Gorgeous 13-inch screen - need to switch on 120 Hz refresh rate in settings as it comes set at 60 Hz by default - Speaker quality is impressive - both richness and volume - Kickstand is very functional and convenient - Windows 11 makes everything look more modern - Device gets through everything I need it to without any slowdowns or any other problems (Core i5) - Get the biggest SSD you can afford - after loading the apps I need on this I have about 60 GB of available space for documents, which isn't much

[Full Height] I added this into my Windows 7 4th Gen i5 movie server.   It had trouble transcoding 4k videos on the fly (the CPU would peg at 100%).  I added this card in and updated all the drivers.  Now video transcoding is being offloaded to the card instead of CPU and I can now push multiple 4k files at the same time without breaking a sweat.  Much cheaper than rebuilding the whole server with a new generation of CPU/MoBo/RAM etc.

[256 GB SSD] The Intel Core i5 12400f is a power chip and can be highly overclocked with the proper motherboard. It works excellent stock as well, very good for the cost. Highly Recommended.

[512 GB] I had a 2014 iMac with an i5 that I enjoyed, the 2020 i7 8 core that I bought is a lot more machine and they are now being discounted. I don't need the latest tech but my new machine has 64 Gb of RAM and is much faster, I use it with Photoshop and for video editing. I had my last iMac for 7 years with not a single problem, a well made machine. I was an original apple developer in 1997 and I still favor Apple products.

[2.5 GHz] This Core I5 7600K is amazing, amazing performance, amazing overclocking capability. Be aware all K version doesn't come with a stock fan so you need to buy an aftermarket cpu cooler.
