[1.5 V] Bought this for my old HP Pavilion PC. Upped it to the max, 16GB. Made a significant difference even with existing SSD running Fedora Linux. Even though it's an old machine, it's faster now than ever - and blows my 3 y/o Win10 machine also with SSD out of the water (but Win10 is a hog). So far, no issues at all. Memory checks out fine, booted up 1st time, BIOS recognized it, no issues at all so far. This was an inexpensive, quick & simple upgrade. DIMM sticks arrived on time, well packaged, not damaged. Wish I'd done it earlier. BHPhotovideo comes through again... 5 |

[650 W] I use ON1 Photo RAW as my photography software and it is a power hog. The NVIDIA graphics card is able to handle this and other photography programs with lightening speed. 5 |

[1 TB] Needed a PC with higher-than-normal Graphics capability and a Mother Board with more than 2 PCI slots. (BTW - Try finding a Tower PC with more than two PCI slots). The HP Z2 G9 meet my expectations and then some. Decked out with 32GB of Memory, 1TB SSD and 8GB Graphis card, this is a serious Workstation and get this, at an affordable price. Yes, it costs a little more than a Tower PC, but the upgrade in hardware capability is worth it over the long run. Thanks HP, for keeping this higher end PC option available to consumers that need more than the typical Tower PC can provide! 5 |
