[Stand Base] Even though my Blue Yeti microphone comes with a deluxe, heavy black anodized aluminum stand, I like this one better. The Blue Yeti mic stand is tall, and the mic blocks too much of the view of my monitor. This stand, on the other hand, is the perfect height. The bottom of my microphone is barely 2 inches above the desk. It's amazingly simple to deploy, with three legs that feel like metal, maybe steel, I'm not sure. The little footpads grip the desk nicely. If you want to mount the mic directly to the 5/8 adapter like I did, you will need to purchase a right-angle mini USB adapter, because there's not enough clearance between the bottom of the mic and the stand for a conventional mini USB plug.

[0.975 lb] I used to have the iklip for iPad 2 and it only fit the iPad without case, which makes me nervous. Now I have the iPad air and I can use either tablet on the iklip Xpand with the cases on. I am really happy with this mount!

[0.975 lb] Short version: holds iPad Pro firmly in position and at the exact angle you want it to stay. just Perfect.long version: Unsure of Xpand's compatibility with the iPad Pro, I first went on twitter to ask iKlip's customer rep, but they weren't sure about it and said they had no plan to produce a dedicated iPad Pro mount at the moment. So I got on @and bought another small brand's product from @. the first 30 minutes I tried it out, it was a huge disappointment. It sure did hold my iPad Pro, but the problem is the elbow isn't tight enough to hold iPad pro's weight, so when you try to touch the screen or plug/unplug the cable, it then tilts upward/downward. And the part where it holds onto the mic stand pole just isn't well designed. It leaves A LOT of space for it to move around if you accidentally bump it at a wrong angle..Then I got really tired of it, decided to further check the dimensions of the iKlip Xpand again. As it turns out, the maximum clamp width of Xpand is just slightly wider than iPad Pro's, so it actually does work with it. Moreover, it's tight enough to hold the whole thing in place so it doesn't tilt or slide when you screw everything down tight. Perfectly satisfied with this product.

[Red] I already had an adapter I was using, but it did not expand enough for my needs. The Auray IPU-108 Universal Tablet Stand Adapter is just what I needed to hold my iPad for presentations and performances. The ability to attach the adapter to the side of a music stand, or screw it in at the top is an excellent feature. Now I can use a microphone and an iPad with the same stand. BRAVO!!!

[0.74 lb] I received the iKlip about six weeks after ordering, but that was expected with Covid times and I have to say It fits perfectly on both my music stand and my Mic stand...love it!!!

[Bus Powered] Works with my iPad mini gen 6, with an amazon USB A to C adapter. Comes with a nice cable with a choke in it, bet one must use that one. Not hi-fi but no distortion. for travel, I'll take it!

[0.08 lb] I bought this adapter so I could connect my Ipad mini to a mini projector that I use for watching videos when I am traveling. Instead of watching on a little screen I can project it on a wall up to 50 inches with my projector. I know there are projectors that can project bigger but I don't have a need for It. So yes, I would recommend this adapter.

[Handheld Only] The Otter Box for my iPad Mini is very sturdy and provides a stand that works in portrait or landscape modes.

[0.97 lb] I use this product on a boom microphone stand that sits over a keyboard that sits on an organ. The boom gives me more flexibility in being able to adjust it without being a mile away, or in the way, like a straight microphone stand. It securely holds the iPad in place. Now as far as how I use it...I find that it works better, at least on the boom like I use it inverted. Instead of the two holders on the bottom of the iPad, they are on top. This allows me to tilt it like I want to. And maybe I'm wrong, but this was the only way I could get the iRig into the iPad without the holder creating an obstruction. There really isn't much not to like about the product. Just set it up in a manner that you are comfortable and are able to make all connections you need to make.
