Image Projectors Outdoor

[Yes (Stereo)] This projector has been outstanding. It projects a stunning 4k image which rivals projectors at 4 times the cost. The menu is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Outstanding black reproduction and OMG does this projector shine when you are using it in a a room with lots of ambient light. It cuts right through the daylight. I have enjoyed mine for the past year but sadly must part with it since i am moving and my new home will only accommodate an ultra short throw projector. My loss will be a good pre-owned deal for the next owner. I managed to get an outstanding 120 inch picture from this projector ceiling mounted and only 10 feet from the screen. If your considering the PX-701 4K just do it you wont regret it.

[7H] I mean, as far as projectors go, this one is pretty much perfect except for the size. Great 4k image, HDR, fantastic image placement adjustment (manual adjusters are the GOAT). It is very big, but it's not even that heavy, and I'm not complaining that much because the thing runs so quietly and cool that I honestly forget that it's on my ceiling most of the time. The fact that it has a dark paint job is another bonus.

[Yes] This is a review for the Epson EF-11 Laser Projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I have had a few different projectors. The first two thoughts that popped in my mind during set up were (1) how compact and lightweight the projector is and (2) the stunning image quality. Pros The setup took less than 2 minutes. Pairing a phone or connecting the HDMI was smooth and quick. The video and image qualities are extremely sharp, even from afar. Adequate HD audio quality which is surprising for a small projector. Does not generate extreme heat like my old projectors. For a lightweight projector, constructions seem high quality. Cons I mistakenly inserted 128 GB USB Drive for my test, which seems to be too much for this projector. A lesser capacity USB Drive worked fine. So this does not concern me. We watched a few movies and videos with popcorn and loved it.

[1920 x 1080] I've used several short throw projectors, from BenQ and Optoma, and this Epson is by far the best I've used. It's quick and easy to set up, the keystone is very easy to use, and the projector is very responsive - when the HDMI signal is present, it takes about a second for the image to show up. (In contrast to Optoma laser short throw which takes like 5-6 seconds for the image to show up)

[1 Stop] I love using this product for outdoor sport. Good image quality and easy to use.

[Black] Bright enough for outdoor use, beautiful image, fantastic assist features (I love the pages interface) SDI and HDMI passthrough, tons of accessories...hard to beat! It is kinda pricey, but it's so versatile and I use it on every single production, both as an on-camera monitor and as a director's monitor.

[6 x 6 x 1.3"] I use this polarizer for outdoor landscape cinematography. When shopping for polarizers, many are quite expensive. This one was a fraction the cost of some competing filters, but very affordable. It's also one of the few polarizers on the market that will fit into a 3mm thick carrier tray, such as the one on my dp 3000 matte box. The filter is effective and has minimal image degradation. I cannot say that I see a visible decrease in image quality with the filter in place. The results are quite interesting, with blue skies deepened in color to the point where they appear as only a fighter pilot at 60,000 feet altitude would see them. They effectively eliminate haze. The filter is also effective at eliminating reflections off windows, allowing the camera to see in. For example, if the camera is mounted on the bonnet of an automobile to shoot the front seat occupants, rotating the filter a bit will make a clean windshield appear invisible. For my type of shooting, it gets the job done with no major compromises.
