In Wall Home Stereo Receiver

Works great working at line levels without having to have a huge high-powered speaker L-pad in the wall that eventually gets scratchy sounding and dead spots. [ARC] I have a Sonos home theater system (Beam, Mini Sub, Sonos 1s') in my living room, and I had an unrelated stereo music setup in another room. I recently bought a turntable which I hooked up to my passive speakers and my older stereo receiver. So I bought the Sonos amp to replace the receiver. Beyond the expected Sonos connection I found an unexpected dramatic improvement in sound quality from my turntable/speakers. Now my stereo sounds great with my vinyl collection and can be played n my living room and anther room where I have additional Sonos speakers. Fantastic! The amp has also given me other benefits -- a TV connected to it via HDMI, IOS control, etc. Well worth the cost....

[>-86 dB] This receiver has revitalized my 1980s stereo system by allowing Bluetooth transfer from my Sony Walkman (CD quality) and from an iPhone. When powered the receiver goes into pairing mode--your device remembers this receiver...you are connected. So far there has been no problem with connection or distance from the receiver. As this is my second unit (first attached to another stereo system) I only wish I could rename the unit as it comes up with the same name...only to be identified by the Bluetooth address. If you only have one of these, this will not be an issue. Attachment is simple: connect using RCA supplied cord to your receiver aux input. Having it on a switched plug on the receiver is very convenient. If not, you would have to push the light button to switch it into on mode. It has an auto off after a few minutes of not receiving a signal. It also has an optical connection.

[Yes] Connected this little beast to my AV Receiver and blew some pictures off the wall !!!!! Love it.
