Ipad 2 Microphone Stand Holder

[1.63 lb] Very adaptable. The only iPad 12.9 stand/holder I could find that directly screws into a microphone stand, and doesn’t get in the way of the Apple Pencil magnet on the right side.

[5/8"-27 Male] I bought this stand to use with an iPad holder, since it's two way adjustable. It works perfectly! The construction of the stand is incredibly sturdy. The workmanship is class A! The base is heavier than most mic stands I've used, which is excellently, since I'd prefer that the stand not tip over with and iPad attached. I'm also a professional musician, although only part time these days. I'm considerable buying two more of these standard to replace the ones I've been using. Seriously, if you're looking for a well-made, professional stand, this one's for you!

[0.8 lb / 0.4 kg] Every so often a product comes along the is perfect. I have tried every tablet holder over many many years. At last I have one that works. It snugly holds tablets with or without protective covers. The brackets do not cover the operation buttons. It is solid. Not many manufacturers seem to understand that a few dollars of extra cost is worth the user satisfaction of getting a holder that will be trusted to carry a tablet that makes the cost of the holder insignificant by compassion. This holder has a microphone 5/8 thread. If your not planning to use it on a mic stand remember to purchase a converter for 3/8 or 1/4 threads. I did not, but there was one in the microphone stand gear bag. This will put an iPad tablet on my production bench to remote control a GH5 with FieldMonitor.

[0.97 lb] I use this product on a boom microphone stand that sits over a keyboard that sits on an organ. The boom gives me more flexibility in being able to adjust it without being a mile away, or in the way, like a straight microphone stand. It securely holds the iPad in place. Now as far as how I use it...I find that it works better, at least on the boom like I use it inverted. Instead of the two holders on the bottom of the iPad, they are on top. This allows me to tilt it like I want to. And maybe I'm wrong, but this was the only way I could get the iRig into the iPad without the holder creating an obstruction. There really isn't much not to like about the product. Just set it up in a manner that you are comfortable and are able to make all connections you need to make.
