[2-Year ] I have had the 1st generation and 3rd iPad Pro 12.9, but this gen is awesome. I can tell the difference in snappy transitions, no lag opening apps, switching between apps, or opening Excel, Word, and image files. My 3rd gen iPad Pro was damaged and I was unable to make the transition to the new one as usual. However, I had a backup in iTunes and was able to restore it to the new iPad without any issues. The large screen allows for a great split-screen experience.

[2.44 lb] The 12.9in M1 iPad Pro has a great screen, good battery life, is comfortable to hold, and is relatively future-proof. You can use it for most things you use a laptop computer for, although it isn't a perfect replacement (for example, there is still no solution for citation management in the iPadOS version of Word). But it is unmatched in its applications for creative professionals - especially when paired with the Apple Pencil. I get about 10-15 hours of battery life on a single charge with standard usage (with screen brightness about 20%). The battery life was worse the first couple days as it did a lot of stuff in the background like syncing my files with iCloud.

[Gray] Great case, plenty of room for my 12.9” iPad Pro and zippered internal pocket and zippered outer cover. Nice elegant look and provides a safe environment for one’s iPad when not in use.

[Magnetic Flap] I bought this to use with my 12.9 iPad Pro and it works great. I had no trouble getting it to fit snugly (with the case). I like that it also comes with a clamp so that I can add it to just about any type of stand.
